What happens when a product is archived or unpublished by the manufacturer?

When a manufacturer archives a product listing, several things occur in the Marketplace.

Partbot does not delete the listing from your store when a manufacturer unpublishes a product. However, Partbot will change the listing’s visibility to archived on your store to prevent any orders from being placed.

In cases where you also maintain inventory separate from Partbot’s, you will want to keep the listing published and available for sale on your store; in this case, you can disable the archived status change in your Settings.

As we maintain a link between the listing and your store, it will still count towards your total listings available on your plan. You would need to remove the listing from your store entirely to exclude it from your plan total.
